Rujjana Utaiwan (Thai: รุจนา อุทัยวรรณ์; RTGS: Rutchana Uthaiwan), nicknamed LoogTarn (Thai: ลูกตาล; RTGS: Luktan), (born October 24, 1982) is a Thai singer, actress, and contestant of the second season of reality talent show True Visions’s Academy Fantasia as well as the first runner up with Wei Chen (Chinese: 魏晨) of Hunan TV’s reality talent show, Just the two of us, by the name Ludan (Chinese: 璐丹).
