Biography

Park Sang-hyun (Korean: 박상현; born October 7, 1990) better known by his stage name Thunder/Cheondung (Korean: 천둥), is South Korean singer, rapper, dancer, songwriter, actor, and model. He is former member of South Korean boy band MBLAQ. In December 16, 2014, it was announced that Cheondung had departed from the group to focus on studying music for a while. In February 11, 2015, Cheondung was signed on Mystic Entertainment’s music label APOP.

Aside from his native language Korean, he is also fluent in English and Tagalog, and can speak conversational Mandarin and Japanese.
